Our backyard St. Augustine was suffering greatly due to the maturing of several oak trees. After trying several "low-light" alternatives to no effect, we decided to install artificial grass. We obtained quotes from several companies. IOE was not the least expensive, but we selected them based on their patience in answering all our questions and their support in getting the project approved by our homeowner association. They were very patient and professional throughout. The initial scheduling was impacted due to the excessive rains we experienced in May, but their team continually kept us included in his rescheduling plans and we were never concerned about the priority being given to us. Once the crew arrived, as rescheduled, they worked long hours to get the job completed in a timely manner. The installation of the artificial grass was complicated because of a significant French drain, and IOE tried several approaches before finding the best solution. In addition to the artificial grass, the lawn sprinklers were removed and re-piped to provide an emitter system with great flexibility for the shrubs and flower beds. The beds themselves were re-contoured and rock bordered. Plants were added as recommended by IOE and the backyard was generally re-landscaped. The backyard now looks great and we are very pleased with the outcome.

I can't say enough GREAT things about the service Cory with InsideOut provided. I had three estimates for the work I wanted to be done in my back and front yard. He was the middle estimate, which I felt safe about. He understood my drainage issues immediately where others did not and I had to explain the issues. He walked through every aspect of the work and repeatedly wanted to make sure I was happy with every decision made. He gently steered me into the right decisions (i.e this artificial grass lays really high and will collect leaves, but if you want it.... we want you to be happy). Cory and his team went above and beyond to make my backyard PERFECT. I really couldn't be happier. I'm a lawyer, very meticulous and hard to please. Cory managed the entire team efficiently and checked in daily to make sure I was happy with everything each night I came home to check the progress. He went to 4 different providers to find the perfect pots--- just because HE wasn't happy with the first one (minor crack that he wasn't ok with). He was driving around town sending me pictures of pots for the plants and wasn't frustrated at all when I kept changing my mind or couldn't decide. Again, I have installed landscaping, I have installed a pool, and I have built a house. Cory and InsideOut was the MOST professional, BEST contractor I have hired -- HANDS Down. They are busy and you may have to wait to get the work done. But IT IS WORTH IT!!!!!

We just completed a patio expansion with InsideOut Environments. We are so happy with the result. We expanded the patio with a 15 by 25 foot stamped concrete pad, which looks like tile and is beautiful. We added an outdoor kitchen and a fire pit. Then covered a large portion with an open gable patio cover. Cory and his team were great to work with. This is not one of those companies where you have to track down your contractor! Cory is available, visits almost daily and responds quickly. They offered suggestions in areas where we were unsure and were open to changes as we saw things that we wanted to add.
